Vendor Qualification
Every manufacturing partner is audited on ISO-aligned criteria before being added to the GELENTEX approved-supplier list. Re-audits occur annually.

Incoming Raw Material Inspection
Latex concentrate is sampled at intake. DRC (Dry Rubber Content), volatile fatty acid number, alkalinity and mechanical stability time are measured against published GELENTEX specifications.

In-Process Control
During production line runs, dipping parameters, coagulant concentration, oven temperature and dwell time are logged at defined intervals by the partner's QA unit and reviewed by our on-site inspectors.

Laboratory Testing
Finished gloves are tested for tensile strength, elongation at break, elongation after aging, pinhole leak (AQL 1.5 / 2.5), protein content and powder residue. Each batch carries a unique lab reference number.

Pre-Shipment Verification
A random sample from each finished pallet is re-tested at our pre-shipment staging warehouse. Carton weight, labeling, batch coding and packaging integrity are verified against the purchase order.
