Where a technical parameter is critical to your application — barrier performance against a specific chemical, cut level, food-contact suitability or medical classification — it must be confirmed in writing against the batch-level Certificate of Analysis and the current Technical Data Sheet issued for that production lot.

Submitting an enquiry, a quotation request or a distributor application through this website does not create a contract. A binding supply relationship arises only from a written quotation issued by GELENTEX and a written acceptance or purchase order confirmed by us.

Prices, availability, container allocations and incoterms are subject to change until confirmed in a written quotation, and are subject to our standard terms of sale, which prevail over anything published on this website.

Certification marks, standards references and compliance statements describe the regulatory position of the product at the point of manufacture and export. Responsibility for verifying that a product satisfies the import, registration and end-use requirements of the destination market rests with the buyer, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable export-control, sanctions and end-use restrictions in their own jurisdiction and in any onward destination.

The GELENTEX name, logo, product codes, photography, technical documentation and the design of this website are owned by GELENTEX or its licensors.
